NEWTECH-BT Ltd. is looking to hire an IT specialist with the following requirements:

Experience: more than 2 years

Basic knowledge and requirements:

Good level of English – written and spoken. Good communication skills. Customer service skills.
Good analytical skills, troubleshooting skills and localization of software and hardware problems.
Experience with MS Windows 7 and newer operating systems.
Very good working knowledge of MS Office and basic business applications.
Minimum 2 years experience in maintaining operating systems and applications for personal computers.
Basic knowledge of networks, telecommunication protocols, data storage and recovery.
Advanced knowledge of MacOS and iOS environment and administration.
Basic knowledge and understanding of company policy, consumer certificates, design, management and implementation.
Good knowledge of mobile device support.

Duties and responsibilities:

Installing, upgrading and modifying computer systems hardware (IMAC)
Diagnosis, analysis and elimination of hardware and software problems
Generate and configure client operating systems
If necessary, provides and trains employees to work with computer equipment and peripherals
Performs management and storage of data related to migrations of Operating Systems or application programs
Provides support for the client’s laptops, laptops and scanners.

Secondary or higher
3-4 year student
